Valentine’s Limited Edition Treats

Dispatch dates: All Valentine’s orders will be dispatched 9th–13th February.
Order deadline: Last orders are 11am Thursday 12th February (or sooner if we sell out).

Delivery service: We send orders UK nationwide via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Choosing your date: Please select your preferred delivery date at checkout when placing your pre-order.

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on it.

Good to know: Tracked 24 is a tracked service and aims to arrive quickly, but delivery times can be busier around seasonal periods—so we always recommend ordering early where possible.

Collection dates: Local collection is available 9th–15th February.

Where to collect: Please collect from our Cookie Queen Truro store (Tinners Court, Truro).

Opening hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9am–5pm
Sunday: 10am–4pm

How it works: Choose Local Collection at checkout, then pop in during opening hours to pick up your order.

Bring with you: Your order confirmation email (or the name on the order) so we can find it quickly.

Note: Collection orders are held during the collection period — if you need to change your collection day, just drop us a message as soon as you can.

Our Valentine’s range is limited edition and baked in small batches for this release.

While stocks last: Once they’re gone, they’re gone — we won’t be restocking after the Valentine’s dispatch/collection dates.

When you place your order, you’ll see a short form at checkout where you can choose your preferred delivery or collection date.

Please make sure you fill this in so we can dispatch/prepare your order for the correct date. If the form is left blank, we’ll schedule your order within the Valentine’s dispatch/collection window where possible.
