Q: Do you offer next-day delivery?
A: Yes! We offer free next working day delivery on orders placed before 11am. All orders are tracked, so you’ll know exactly when your goodies will arrive.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver across the UK. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at the moment.
Q: Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
A: Absolutely! During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date to make sure your treats arrive fresh and on time.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A: Oh no! If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.

A: Yes! We have a range of vegan and gluten-free cookie sandwiches and specialty products. We’re also working to expand these options to match our regular range.
Q: Can I customise my order?
A: Of course! From custom cakes to personalised giant cookies, we love bringing your sweet visions to life. Just give us at least 4 weeks’ notice for custom cakes and a £20 deposit to secure your spot.
Q: How long do your products stay fresh?
A: Our treats are heat-sealed for freshness and have a shelf life of 14 days from dispatch. You can also freeze them to enjoy later!
