Our Valentine’s limited edition VG Chocolate & Strawberry Cookie Sandwich is a soft-baked, New York–style vegan chocolate cookie, packed with freeze-dried strawberry pieces for that fruity pop. It’s filled with pink strawberry-flavoured vegan buttercream and a strawberry filling centre, then finished with a dark chocolate drizzle and heart sprinkles (because it has to be cute).
