Our vegan cookie sandwiches are made using the same Cookie Queen method and fillings as our classics — with a few smart swaps to keep everything 100% plant-based.
So what makes the vegan ones vegan?
Egg-free: we swap egg for soya or oat drink to bind the dough and keep that soft-baked texture.
Vegan toppings: we use vegan sprinkles and decorations (no shellac or beeswax), plus vegan colours.
