Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute bakes if an item is out of stock. We will always try to contact you first to confirm any replacement, and any substituted item will be of equal value.

Delivery / collection

Shipped UK-wide via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Local collection is available from our Truro store. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout where available.

Freshness, storage & freezing

Individually heat sealed for freshness. Best enjoyed within 14 days from dispatch. Suitable for home freezing, so you can stash some for later.
