We want everyone to enjoy our treats safely, so we use an interactive menu that lists the full ingredients and allergen information for every product — and we keep it updated whenever our recipes change.
How to use the Food Preferences tool
When you land on the menu, you'll see all our products listed. Use the Food Preferences button at the top of the page to filter down to products that suit your needs.
Here's how:
Click "Food Preferences" at the top of the menu page.
Tick dietary options to include — choose from:
Scroll down to "Other" and tick Non Gluten ✨ if you need to avoid gluten.
Exclude allergens — tick any allergens you need to avoid. You can exclude:
Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Peanuts, Nuts, Sesame seeds, Fish, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Celery, Mustard, Lupin, Sulphur dioxide
Exclude specific ingredients — use the search bar to exclude individual ingredients by name.
Click "Save food preferences" — the menu will refresh to show only the products that match your requirements.
Finding your product
The menu is organised into categories along the top — just click the tab for what you're looking for:

A note on our NCGI products
NCGI stands for Not Containing Gluten Ingredients. These products are made with gluten-free ingredients and we clean down thoroughly before baking them, but they are made in the same kitchen as our regular bakes. This means cross-contact cannot be fully guaranteed, so they are not suitable for anyone with coeliac disease — but they're a great option for those who prefer to reduce gluten in their diet.
Our NCGI range has its own dedicated tab on the menu so you can browse them easily. You can also use the Non Gluten filter in Food Preferences to search for NCGI-friendly products across all categories at once.

We're a small but mighty micro team, and when we're busy dreaming up exciting new flavours, we don't always get round to adding them to the interactive menu straight away — and some specials are so popular they don't stick around long enough to make it on there!
